EcoCAR EV Challenge Year 4 Competition

All EcoCAR attendees are cordially invited to attend a cocktail reception and team vehicle showcase prior to the Awards Ceremony. The reception will be held in the Monarch Courtyard, immediately adjacent to the Monarch Ballroom (the venue for the Awards Ceremony), where all thirteen EcoCAR LYRIQs will be on display. This event will provide a unique opportunity to toast the student competitors while admiring their work first-hand.

Following the reception and team vehicle showcase, attendees will gather in the Monarch Ballroom for a formal dinner and the Awards Ceremony. The ceremony will commence as dinner service concludes and will include a recap of the competition finale, a review of the year and the overall series, and the presentation more than twenty awards to EcoCAR teams.

Immediately following the Awards Ceremony, all attendees are invited to attend a celebration to mark the successful conclusion of the four-year EcoCAR EV Challenge. The celebration will be held in the Monarch Courtyard, immediately adjacent to the Monarch Ballroom (the venue for the Awards Ceremony). Organizers, sponsors, and teams will have the unique opportunity to celebrate amongst all thirteen EcoCAR LYRIQs will be on display. Food and drink will be provided.
